VoxNote is a voice to text app that works on your phone: it turns your voice memos, lectures, meetings and interviews into readable notes with key points and a to-do list, ready to copy or share.

VOICE TO TEXT ON YOUR PHONE, EVEN OFFLINE

VoxNote runs the Whisper speech recognition model directly on your phone. Your audio is never uploaded to a server: not to us, not to anyone. Speech to text works offline: in airplane mode, in a lecture hall with bad Wi-Fi, or on a train.

Open the app and talk. No sign-up, no email, no password. Transcription is unlimited in the free version: no minutes counted, no recording held back until you pay.

FROM VOICE MEMOS TO USEFUL NOTES

• Record in one tap (or long-press the app icon), pause and resume.
• Transcribe audio to text from a file: voice memos, WhatsApp voice notes, MP3, M4A, OGG, WAV…
• Get clean text, split into paragraphs, with the date, duration and word count.
• Key points: the 3 most important sentences of your note, picked on your phone.
• Actions: the tasks you mentioned ("we need to…", "don't forget…") become a checklist.
• Fix any word in a tap: the key points and actions follow.
• About 100 spoken languages, with automatic detection, or choose yours for accents and noisy rooms.
• My vocabulary: add the names and terms you often say, so VoxNote spells them right.

ORGANIZE AND FIND

• Search all your notes, including tags.
• Tags and folders, stored on your phone.
• Tap the time next to a paragraph to hear that exact passage again, at 0.75× to 2× speed.
• Deleted a note by mistake? It stays 30 days in Recently deleted, with its audio, and comes back in one tap.

SHARE AND EXPORT

• Copy the text or send it to any app: email, messages, notes, cloud drive.
• Export to plain text (.txt) and Markdown (.md) for Notion, Obsidian and other apps.
• Share the original audio file, named after your note.
