ComptStock is a barcode inventory app for your shop, food truck, workshop or online store: your phone becomes the scanner. Still counting stock on paper or in a spreadsheet? Scan, adjust, count, reorder. No account, no cloud, no setup.

INVENTORY SCANNER: SCAN AND GO

• Point the camera at an EAN, UPC or QR code: the item opens with its stock.
• "+1 In" mode to receive a delivery, "−1 Out" mode for sales: each scan updates your barcode inventory.
• Misread codes are ignored: the check digit of every EAN/UPC is verified before anything is saved.
• Flashlight for dark back rooms, and Bluetooth or USB scanners work too.
• Unknown code? Create the item with that code in seconds, or attach it to an existing item.
• Cases too: give an item its case barcode and units per case, and one scan adds, removes or counts the whole case.

STOCK COUNT MODE

• Walk the shelves and scan: every scan counts 1, or a whole case of 6, 12 or 24.
• Items without a barcode? Search and tap.
• Your stock only changes when you validate, after seeing the differences: expected, counted, gap and its value.
• Count everything or one category. The stock count is saved as you go, and the screen stays on.

STOCK CONTROL: ALWAYS KNOW WHAT TO REORDER

• Set a low stock alert per item: it lands on the reorder list with the quantity to order.
• A daily reminder on days when something needs restocking or expires soon.
• Share the list with your supplier as text, or as a purchase order PDF.
• "Received" adds the delivery to the stock in one tap.
• Activity: what goes out most, what will run out at the current pace, sleeping stock and the money it ties up, inventory gaps.

INVENTORY TRACKER: EVERY ITEM, CLEARLY

• Name, SKU, barcode, quantity (decimals allowed: kg, liters, meters), cost and sale price, category, location, expiry date, note, optional photo.
• Stock value at cost and at sale price, gross margin per item.
• A full history: every change of stock shows where it came from.
• Quick + and − buttons that really add and remove, everywhere.
• Selling below zero is never silent: the app asks first.

COMING FROM EXCEL?

• Start your barcode inventory from a CSV file made in Excel, Google Sheets or another app. Columns are recognized in 5 languages and you see a preview before anything is written.
